Join MAJET for a Japanese-style sports festival and experience all the fun of participating, without the hassle of having to organise anything!

The festival will take place on Saturday, October 1st. We’ll meet next to Oyodo River by City Hall in the morning. In case of rain, the festival will be rescheduled to the following day (Sunday). If it rains the whole weekend, we’ll just be forced to shake our fists at the sky in utter disappointment and say ざんねん.

The types of games and contests we have will depend on how many people sign up—so get your friends and neighbors to come join the fun! We’ll announce the activity line-up closer to the event. That said, do remember that this is a Sports Day. While we will do our best to mix up high and low-activity level events, there will definitely be a fair amount of physical activity involved.

*Participation fees will go towards supplies, food, and drinks for this event as well as future MAJET events.

Participants will be placed on teams at random. This is your chance to meet new people and exercise those intercultural skills! The number of teams and types of games will depend on how many people sign up, so be sure to get your friends to sign up too!

RSVP BY September 23rd!

To participate in this event, you must fill in an official Google RSVP by Friday, September 23rd. Advanced registration is needed so that we can choose events that cater to the amount of people we have and so we can prepare food and drinks for after the event.
