Himawari Taxi 
The main taxi service in Hyuga. You can wave one down or walk right up to one near the train station. They are also available to call for pick-up, though you will have to speak Japanese for any of their services.

Miyako Taxi 
They are also located in many different places and are available to call for pick-up. They also offer a service called daiko. In which they drive you AND your car home for you, good for enkai nights.
