Miyakonojo Roggado Festival July 1, 2017 – July 31, 2017 See attached file for dates, locations, and times. Roggaddo is a summer festival practiced all throughout the former Satsuma-han territories to pray for good health and a bumper harvest. In Miyakonojo, Roggaddou means “the start of summer has come."
