Hello, friends! It is now February and the plum blossoms are beginning to bloom, which means spring is just around the corner! It’s almost time to pack up the winter clothes and break out the spring jackets.

However, winter is still hanging on in the highlands, where there is even a bit of snow! So why not join us for one last winter bash? Come join MAJET for their annual ice skating trip in Ebino! We’ll meet at the ice rink to skate our hearts out, and afterwards we can head over to the onsen to relax before making our ways back home.

When: Saturday, February 21st

Time: 12:00pm

To receive the discounted group rate, please arrive at the rink at 11:30am. We will enter as a group at noon.

Where: Ebino Highlands Ice Skating Rink

えびの高原アイススケート場 (Ebino Kōgen Aisusukēto Jō)

889-4302 宮崎県えびの市大字末永1489

Cost: 1450円 This price includes discounted admission and skate rental (normal price is 1650円)

If you visit the onsen after, the price is an additional 500円.

Lunch: Everyone is responsible for purchasing their own food. There is a café serving udon and other snacks at the rink, as well as a few other restaurants nearby.

Transportation: There is no public transportation to the ice skating rink, so please plan accordingly. You are responsible for coordinating your own transportation.

Please RSVP via this google form by Tuesday, February 17th to receive the discounted rate.

We cannot include you in the group price without a response. Be sure to fill in your shoe size as well, so the skating rink can prepare our skates ahead of time.

In the event that the weather is too warm for ice skating, we can enjoy hiking at Mt. Karakunidake instead! So bring your hiking shoes, as well 😉

Last year’s event was a total blast, so please come join us!
