Welcome Miyazakians, new and old!
We’ve said farewell to our some of our old friends, so it’s time to meet some new ones! Join us for one of the biggest events of the year—the Welcome Party!
This year, we’ll be dining buffet-style at Aletta and then hopping over to the party room at Shidax to engage in the age-old Japanese tradition of karaoke.

Enjoy a 2-hour nomihoudai (all-you-can-drink) with a buffet dinner!

Karaoke After Party Details
Let’s continue the celebration with a nijikai (after-party) in the Shidax party room! The room will be another nomihoudai, so make sure you pace yourself!

The Fine Print:
You must make your reservation by 5:00pm on Wednesday, August 20th using this Google Form. Please indicate which events you will be attending (dinner and/or karaoke).
Any RSVPs received after the above deadline will not be taken into consideration. Once you RSVP, you are financially responsible even if you don’t show up. If you cannot attend dinner or karaoke after making your reservation, please contact MAJET as soon as possible.
If you want to invite guests, please feel free to do so! Just remember that each guest must also fill out their own RSVP form to be counted.
